There is a touch of Autumn in the air, and it is time to break out the hand knit socks! I’ve recently finished 2 pairs of wonderful socks from Clare Devine’s book Sock Anatomy.
Planges really show of a semi solid with a mesh lace and garter stitch stripes. And I love the picot hem at the top! This used 1 skein of Ginger’s Hand Dyed Bleating Velvet in ‘Scottish Play.’
And the next is Longus with its delicious cable running up the back of the leg. This pair used 1 skein of Ginger’s Hand Dyed Sheepish Sock in ‘Juicy.’
